This is a circular walk from Huntingdon to Houghton with a small loop to find lunch. We start at the long stay car park near the river in Huntingdon – post code PE29 3SG.  Access Huntingdon via Godmanchester and the car park can be seen on the right as you cross the old bridge but you have to go all the way around the ring road almost back to your start point to gain access because of the one way system. There is a small charge of £2 for up to 10 hours.

We will access toilets approximately 2 miles into the walk in Godmanchester
Lunch will be at the Axe and Compass in Hemingford Abbots (tbc)
They usually  allow sandwiches to be eaten in the garden and are generally friendly towards walkers.
