The walk starts at  Barrow car park which is at the southern end of the village off Brittains Road, opposite the War memorial. Take the A14 to junc 40 then follow signs south to Barrow. Alternatively take the scenic route via Newmarket, Moulton, Dalham & Denham to Barrow. Grid Ref 765 634 Explorer map 210.

 Lunch will be at the Packhorse, Moulton. Sandwiches, soup & light lunches are available (slightly more expensive than usual but a treat!)  Alternatively eat your own sandwiches on the Green opposite.

The morning walk is 7.2 miles and the afternoon walk is 5.2 miles
