The walk starts from the National Trust car park at Wicken Fen.  This is a pay and display but free to NT members who have a car sticker/membership card.  The postcode is CB7 5XP for satnav users and the OS grid ref. is TL564707.

From Cambridge take the A10 towards Ely.  At the roundabout in Stretham take 3rd exit on A1123 to Wicken.  Approx. 1/4 mile after passing the 30mph limit sign turn right into Lode Lane, signposted Wicken Fen.  At the end of the lane turn left into the NT car park.
