Meeting point Church Lane Stetchworth (CB8 9TN).  Various routes there are possible but from the big roundabout (with the horse statue) on the Cambridge side of Newmarket take the minor road to Stetchworth, cross the railway line on the narrow bridge ‘ahead’ with care over the B1061, proceed forward maybe a mile until the virtually hidden village sign is on the left with the entirely hidden war memorial behind it, turn left down Church Lane at this village sign.
