The main walk is about 6 miles and there is a 3 mile shorter version which can leave us part way.

Leave Cambridge by Hills Road, passing Addenbrooke’s onto the A1307. Cross the A11 and carry on to the Linton traffic lights. Turn left here into the High Street. Follow the road down and round into Coles Lane, then right into Back Road and then left into Balsham Road. Continue to Balsham, turn left into and through the village, following the High Street. Turn left opposite the Bell Inn into the B1052. Continue to West Wratting and turn right into High Street, then almost immediately left into The Causeway CB21 5NA. Here we will meet and park by the church in West Wratting at 10.00 am. If it is full, there is more parking along the High Street.

The walk is relatively flat; with no stiles and a little bit of walking on local roads. There is mixed walking through both West Wratting and Weston Coalville; some good views of West Wratting Park House; field walking and then some walking in woods including a small nature reserve.
