Take A10 south from Cambridge. About 1.5 miles after the Foxton level crossing, do NOT turn right into Shepreth. but turn left at the Melbourn and Science Park sign. Very shortly after take first left into Dunsbridge Turnpike and park on either side of road just after the Green Man pub, Shepreth SG8 6RA.

The walk is about 5 miles, along pleasant well-marked paths. We will walk beside the river Mel, passing a water mill, having our coffee break in the woods and returning on a similar route.
