Sunday C Walk, Milton

Park in Fen Road, Milton CB24 6AD; to get there go past the Jolly Brewers pub on your left, continue down Fen Road and drive past Shirley Close which will be on your right, and keep going about 100 yards until you see a wooden gate and footpath entrance to the Milton Country Park, also on your right. Park along this stretch of road and we will meet by the gate/park entrance. If you go over the railway crossing you have gone too far.
We will start at 10.00, walking down to the River Cam and along the towpath to Chesterton, then cross the river and make our way to Fen Ditton and back to Baits Bite Lock, crossing the river and back into Milton (about 5 miles). Some parts of the walk may be very muddy and if we have heavy rain beforehand we may just return along the towpath.
