From Cambridge take the A1313 Madingley Road, and about half-a-mile after the M11 junction turn left onto the Cambridge Road to Coton; continue past the Garden Centre on the left and in Coton turn right into the High Street, drive past St Peter’s Church and continue to near the end of the road.  Cars should park on the left, spaced out and without blocking driveways.

Starting at 10am we’ll walk on a gravel path through a short stretch of woodland and then on pleasant grassy bridleways.  There is a gentle incline in the direction of Hardwick, with good views; otherwise it is mainly a level walk.  There may be some mud, so boots and walking poles are advised.
