Meet in the car park which is in front of the church in Balsham. The church is signposted in the centre of the village and you follow a road which takes you round to the church. There is a small car park for church visitors only but there is a larger car park for other users.  The walk takes us through the village then out into the countryside with extensive views over the fields. There is a short walk along the road, then we join the Roman Road as we turn back to the village. Parts of the walk could be muddy but these can be avoided by walking along the verge.  There is a lovely pub called The Black Bull, 27 High Street Balsham CB21 4DJ, which is very close to the church and which serves coffees and Sunday lunch.  Any queries please ring Sheila on 01223 844417, or Eliva on 830113.
