Take the A1307 out of Cambridge towards Linton.  Shortly after Linton, turn right at sign for Bartlow and The Camps.  At Bartlow, turn right at sign for Ashdon and Saffron Walden.  Drive into Ashdon, and opposite the Rose and Crown pub (CB10 2HA) turn left at the sign to Radwinter and Great Sampford.  After about 300 yards, opposite Kate’s Lane, turn right into the Ashdon Baptist Chapel and Ashdon Village Hall car park.  We have been given permission to park at the rear on the gravelled area.
