Arkesden, (after Audley End and Wendens Ambo)

Park opposite the Axe and Compasses pub (CB11 4EX). Please park carefully, not blocking entrances and bridges over the stream.  The journey from Cambridge takes 45 minutes.  Please arrive at 10am so we can start at 10.15am.  We should be back in Arkesden by 1pm and if wished, we can have a drink at the pub.  The walk is about 5 miles through gently undulating, beautiful countryside with good paths and a short stretch on road.  Coffee break at St Margaret’s Church, Wicken Bonhunt.  If a lift needed or if any queries, please phone 01223 527763 by 27th August at the latest.
