This 5 mile walk starts from Cowbridge at 10.15.

Exit A14 as for Anglesey Abbey, continue towards Swaffham Bulbeck, but take the narrow left turn signed Cowbridge before reaching the village. Follow this road as it bends to the right, then park on left before bridge.
