From Cambridge take the A14 towards Newmarket/Bury St Edmunds.  At junction 38 take the A11 towards Thetford/Norwich.  Continue to Mildenhall roundabout and take the 4th exit A1101.  Drive through Icklingham.  Approx. 1 mile further on turn left at brown sign to West Stow.  After approx. half a mile turn right into West Stow Country Park.  Car park is straight ahead.  Parking charge is now £2.

The walk is a fig. of 8 – approx 6 miles in the morning and 4 in the afternoon. At lunch time there are picnic tables for own food or the cafe serves a range of drinks and sandwiches etc.
