Walk starts in Toft. From Cambridge take A603. Cross over the M11 and take the right turn onto the B1046 signposted Comberton, Toft, Bourn. After 3 miles through Barton and Comberton, enter Toft. Take the second left into School Lane, with the People’s Hall (CB23 2RE, TL361 561) on the corner, and almost immediately turn right down a narrow lane into a car park. If this is full please park considerately on School Lane.

The walk is 5.3 miles to Wimpole Hall via Eversden Wood, and return 4.8 miles via Great Eversden. There is no pub but refreshments and toilets are available at Wimpole Hall.
