Note that you cannot drive through the Village Hall front car park to access the rear car park where we are meeting. Map Reference Map 210 681409.
Take the A1307 to Haverhill.
Take the bypass and at the 5th roundabout turn right onto the B1057 to Steeple Bumpstead.
Turn right at end of road continuing on the B1057 and then turn left onto Claywall Bridge. At triangle bear right along Chapel Street going past the Congregational Church on right.
At Fox and Hounds bear left onto Finchingfield Road. Go past Village Hall on right and then take Bower Hall Drive on the right. Follow this road around to the right and at the left hand bend turn right into car park behind Village Hall and by the playing fields. As the car park is relatively small please park tidily or double up.
Route is a figure of eight, 6.5 miles in morning and 4.25 in afternoon with lunchtime drink at the Fox and Hounds.
