Sunday B Walk from Little Gransden

Start at Little Gransden at 10.00, from The Chequers car park, Main Road, Little Gransden, SG19 3DW, TL273553
Figure of eight – 7 miles a.m., 3 miles p.m.
Lunch at The Chequers Pub, Little Gransden, which has its own microbrewery.
Take the A 428 from Cambridge (Madingley Rd.). Go straight over the Caxton Gibbet roundabout (junction with the A1198), then take the B1040, the 2nd turning on the left. Take the 2nd left off this to The Gransdens. In Great Gransden take the left fork at the triangular green, towards Little Gransden and follow the Main Road. Park at The Chequers pub car park – on the right on the main road, past the church. Please only park along the side furthest away from the road, leaving the side next to the road for other customers.
NB Since it is a long morning and we probably won’t get to the pub before 1.30, I plan to leave promptly at 10. We can eat our sandwiches in the pub garden, or inside if it’s wet.
