Fen Road, Chesterton, Cambridge, CB4 1TX

The walk around Cambridge commons and nature reserves starts from Fen Road (by the river) in Chesterton.  There are some parking bays by the river and also parking along Fen Road.

We shall walk through some nature reserves and commons to Sainsburys (Coldhams Lane) where there will be time to have coffee/refreshments in the cafe.  The walk then continues to Fen Ditton where we can eat packed lunches on the recreation ground.  We will then go to The Plough pub by the river for a drink.  We then walk back along the river.  The distance is approx. 11 miles.
