The walk starts from the Recreation Ground car park in Lt. Eversden.

If you are coming from Cambridge on the A603 turn right towards the Eversdens into Harlton Rd.  Continue along the road for approx three-quarters of a mile and just after Bucks Lane on the right and the Playground sign on the left turn right into the car park.  Do not turn into Bucks Lane. If you reach Gt. Eversden church on the left you have gone too far.

The walk goes towards Wimpole where we will have a coffee stop outside the Stable Block where there are picnic tables and toilets.  The walk passes the Hall and goes up towards the Folly and then onto the all-weather path where there should be some good views.  The walk continues back to the car park where we will have packed lunches on the Recreation Ground.

The afternoon walk is around Gt. and Lt. Eversden.

The distances are a.m. 7.7 miles, p.m. 2.3 miles.
