Sunday B Walk from Comberton to Bourn

Parking is at Comberton Recreation ground car park, CB23 7BZ, TL382564. Coming from Cambridge, take the A603, turn right after the M11 junction roundabout, to Barton and Comberton. In Comberton, just before the zebra crossing and with the post office just ahead on your left, turn right into Hines Lane, the car park is at the end of the lane.
The walk is a circular walk to Bourn, about 10.5 miles, slightly longer in the morning than afternoon. I’m not planning to use the pub, so please bring with you what food and drink you need for the day. We cross 4 fields; at the time of recceing two had just been cultivated. The paths may still be rough and will be slippery if wet, so walking poles are advisable if you use them.
