The walk starts at Drummer Street Bus Station. All Park and Ride buses stop nearby as well as buses on many other routes. Meet at the end of the Bus Station furthest from Emmanuel Street (near Giraffe).

The morning is 6.75 miles across Midsummer Common and alongside the Cam to the Mill, then via Hobson’s Conduit to Trumpington and on to Grantchester. The afternoon is 3.75 miles looping round Grantchester, then via  Grantchester Meadows back to Cambridge.

Lunch will be in Grantchester, with drinks at the Green Man.
