Balsham Church & Recreation Ground Car Park, Church Lane, Balsham CB21 4DS

From Cambridge take road to Cherry Hinton, go through Fulbourn, over A11 and into Balsham.  Turn left at bandstand into Church Lane (don’t go past the Post Office) and follow lane round bend towards church.

The walk is a circular walk of 11 miles north and east of Balsham.  Bring packed lunch and plenty of water.

In line with the requirements for group walks of more than 6 people, as approved by the Ramblers (the national body for walking), everyone coming on the walk must provide the leader with contact details. Please text or phone the leader if you plan to come. Please remember to give your name as part of your text! Your details will be held for 21 days for Covid-19 ‘test and trace’ purposes, then deleted. The maximum number of people allowed on any walk is 30.

No one should come on the walk if you feel even slightly ill. Please make sure that you bring with you a face covering, hand sanitiser and any walking poles you need; no equipment or refreshments can be shared beyond households. In line with government guidelines members are asked to observe ‘social distancing’ on the walk.
