This 14 mile walk, led by Debbie, has an 8.45 Harvey Rd start. To get to the start of the walk, leave the A14 as if going to Ickworth Park in Horringer. Drive past the main entrance
to the park. Half way through Horringer village, take a left turn down
Sharpes Lane (signposted Whepstead).  At the end of the road, turn right.
Follow the road until you come to Whepstead Community Centre car park GR835584, post code IP29 4TA  on your left. ( Debbie will  collect a small donation of 50p per person for use of the car park). If going straight to the start, please be there by 9.25.

The walk includes part of the long distance Bury to Clare footpath, with lunch at the very picturesque village of Hartest and a drink at the Crown pub.
