This 14 mile walk led by Anne T has an 8.45 car share from Harvey Rd. The start of the walk and parking are in Market Street, Swavesey CB24 4QG. Join the A14, heading towards Huntingdon. Leave A14 at Swavesey exit (old Trinity Foot pub) – having passed Bar Hill and Lolworth exits. Follow the road into Swavesey – go past primary school and Wallmans Lane. Take the next right-hand turn into Market Street and park there.

If going straight to the start, please be there by 9.15.

We head towards Over before joining the River Great Ouse and then exploring the RSPB’s Fen Drayton Lakes before making our way to Fenstanton for our lunch stop and drink at a pub. The 5 mile afternoon walk takes us mostly along the river and back to Swavesey.
