This 16 mile walk is led by Ted with an 8.45 car share from Harvey Rd. The start of the walk and parking are at a layby at Grid TL584/578. The directions are: Approaching Six Mile Bottom on A1304 southbound drive through the village heading towards Newmarket, parking at a lay by just past the Bottisham Stud entrance ( post code CB8 0TT) if coming from Newmarket lay by on the right just before the SMB village sign.If going straight to the start, please be there by 9.15.
The Walk in the morning takes in the villages of Gt Wilbraham and Quy and then to Anglesey Abbey for lunch ( bring NT card if you have one).
The morning is approx. 10.5 miles. The Afternoon walk takes in Lode and Bottisham, then back to SMB and is approx 5.5 miles.
