This 15 mile walk is led by Rita with an 8.30  start from Harvey Rd. The start of the walk is from the Church St car park in Lavenham, post code CO10 9SA. As you come into Lavenham the very large church is on your left and the CP is right, immediately after the Cock pub. 

The walk will be visiting the village of Preston St Mary. If the church is open, we will have a chance to see the famous decalogue board. These boards were put up, on Elizabeth the 1st’s order, to show legal power of the state over the church. This one is the best of the few remaining.
