PLEASE NOTE 8.30 START

This 16 mile walk led by Jill has an 8.30 start from Harvey Rd. The start of the walk and parking are in Fotheringhay. To get there, Take the A1(M) north to Peterborough; turn left onto the A605 towards Oundle. Fotheringhay is signed right at a roundabout near Warmington. Park on the wide Main Street between the church and the Falcon Inn – GR 060932 or PE8 5HZ. If going straight to the start, lease be there by 9.20.
The Walk goes through charming limestone villages and open countryside, including Elton, Yarwell, Apethorpe and Woodnewton, with 10 miles in the morning, 6 in the afternoon.

There are likely to be tea and cakes on offer in Fotheringhay at the end of the walk, so refreshments before the drive home.
