8.45 start from Harvey Road. Paul can give a lift to up to 4 people. Please call him on 01223 248249 or 07818 046579 on the day. (*Update 19Apr*.  Rita has also kindly offered to give lifts from Harvey Road, so spaces still available, but best to call Paul first to check.)

If going directly to  West Stow, be at the Car Park no later than 09:25 (£2 charge). The walk  will include The King’s Forest, Berner’s Heath, Cavenham Heath and
Lackford Lakes. Lunch in Tuddenham. 16 miles.
The cafe at West Stow is likely to be open for refreshments at the end of the walk.
