The club has booked the Angel Hotel (Best Western) www.angel-hotel-chippenham.com in the historical market town of Chippenham. Among the attractions are John Coles Park and the Eddie Cochran Memorial! Chippenham is on the edge of both the Cotswolds and the Wiltshire Downs providing excellent walking opportunities close by. It is also just 3 miles from the beautiful National Trust village of Lacock with its famous Fox-Talbert museum of photography. We plan to organise a walk for Friday afternoon and 3 on Saturday and Sunday; offers of leaders to Sally please.
There are 42 places in a mix of single, double and twin rooms available. The cost for 2 nights dinner, B & B, packed lunch, coach travel and gratuities will be £240 per person for a shared room and £280 for a single room.
