Anglesey Abbey restaurant now open to all

Anyone planning a walk in the Lode area might like to know that the restaurant at Anglesey Abbey is open without pre-booking an entry ticket and is also open for non-NT members. The menu is more limited than in the past but at lunchtime includes soup, jacket potatoes with various fillings and a ‘one pot’ meal each day. Please remember to wear a face covering on entry.

Another tip – it is usually possible to access the gardens without pre-booking, although sunny weekends might be busier. The autumn colours are beginning to look good, especially in the Pilgrim’s Lawn, which was designed with autumn in mind.
