Mordens Circular walk

Park and meet in Ashwell on Ashwell Street (Icknield Way) GR 276399, near the Caravan Club Park.

From Royston take the A 505 to Baldock. The signs for the right turn to Ashwell station are not very clear. Once past this station take the fork left to Ashwell.

The right turn to Ashwell Street is marked by a sign for the Caravan Club  past a right hand bend, as you start going downhill to the village. Go along to the end of the tarmac and park on L.H.S.

Distance;- am 7, pm 6. approximate because  a rather late recce revealed 2 major footpaths. completely ploughed over, since I had last visited!
