Wed A Wicken Fen Fig of 8

This figure of eight walk starts at “The Five Miles From Anywhere Pub”, Upware, CB7 5ZR (www.freewebs.com/fivemilesinn). From Cambridge take A10 to Stretham, take 3rd exit at roundabout on to A1123. After approx. 3.2 miles turn right signed Upware and after 0.7 miles turn into School Lane.
6.5 miles (approx.) in morning to Wicken (mud in parts), returning by Burwell Lode. 4 .5 miles in the afternoon going south of Upware – part on tarmac- and returning along the river bank
There is a good selection of food from soup with roll, baguettes, chips etc.
